In 1971 busing brought blacks into white neighborhood schools. This brought down the education level and disrupted what was previously a conducive environment for learning. Whites girls were assaulted and white boys were jumped. Crime in Balt., Wash, and PG County individually exceed stats in NY City. NOBODY, NOBODY denigrates blacks more than their own race. Actually, I live in DC, so I know a LOT about PG County, it's history and present conditions. As for referencing someting that happened hundreds of years ago--wasn't me. I can give you LOTS of references of things that have happened to family, friends and myself.
