@Beck9476 The music of the 60's makes me homesick for a time that's just so far gone. I went looking for this song and couldn't believe it when there it was. We still talk about this song and the night we first heard it, how the air felt, how the stars looked and what it meant to us. Del Shannon was a cameleon to us after the power of Runaway. Then came "the Answer to Everything" and we knew this guy had touched all of us in a way that's lasted 49 years. Saying thank you isn't enough.

I was a young eighteen year old private in the US Army when I first heard this song. I'm now 70 years old and the song still affects me now as it did then!

I never get tired of listening to this song - it's echoing - its magical - its romantic - I came looking for it and was beside myself when there it was. When I hear this my best friend & are14 the summer of 62 - almost 50 years later we're still best pals. I am eternally grateful to you for taking the time to post this. kiss kiss
