  • This exercise was a lot of help, I was roll/crunching but now I shall try lifting straight up from the floor is great advice. Thank you.

  • That wasn't a dragon flag - that was a fairly bad attempt at a dragon flag. I'm not trying to offend you. I also thought the first two exercises were fairly useless. In the second exercise, the rotating motion does not do much for your obliques beyond stretching and mildly working them. Try Russian twists instead. I think you should also check out straight leg raises and V leg raises. They will help you get a proper dragon flag. Once again, I'm not trying to be mean - just some tips.
