Good voice and everything dude, although I would say 2 things: Firstly, slow down a little tiny bit, because you seem to loose the rhythm half way through and actually do start to slow down. Secondly, even if its just at the start or between the singing intervals, you need to staccato your chords, meaning you need to take your hand off ever so slightly at the end of each strum, letting the chord only sustain for half a second or so.
