Exosquad was so advanced for a kid's show. It had the best story and deep themes. It was about genetically creating a slave race who revolted against us and we had to fight to save our lives. We weren't the good guys in this show. Such a great and under appreciated cartoon.

@KingdomBoffing Youre right. I say lets have re-dos of Exo-Squad, Gargoyles (which was the best) and had plans for 2 or 3 spin offs. I'd like to see Masters of the Universe back because they were cut off just before the Snake Men arch. I also thing the DCAU could have a few ideas after Batman, Superman, Batman Beyond and the Justice League. I'm thinking Green Arrow, the Seven Soldiers of Victory, Capt. Marvel and the Question would be good ones to do. I'd love it if I could write for them.

Awesome show.  I know it's crazy, but I'd love it if, someday, it got to be in the Super Robot Wars games. Never happen in a million years, of course, but a man can dream :P

This show needs to be redone. They are doing Thundercats, did He-Man, redone TMNT like four times...this was just as good!

@LaughingBlood This was a brilliant show for its time, it was awesome when it aired & its still awesome today. Now that I think about if the humans hadn't oppressed the Neo-Sapians, they wouldn't rebelled in the first place.

Agreed.They should redo the series animation, but keep all the plot and dialog ,word for word. It was brilliant then , and even more so now.

It was a narrative that stands better than most prime time dramas currently on TV.

@AGT619 Well, Phaeton was clearly an evil guy even if he had somewhat noble intentions at first. So while most of it was gray, whenever it came to Phaeton it was clear he was really the sole evil one of the bunch.

@LaughingBlood Actually, neither the humans or the neosapians were entirely good or bad. That's what was unique about Exosquad; it showed the 2 sides of a war and the reasons why they fought. It seems that they were trying to teach kids the grey morality, rather than to simply just label one side as purely good and the other as purely evil.
