I love the new character.
I grew up in a small TX town where we had TWO 'beauty shops' and my friend, Kay, who was too chicken and upity to iron her hair straight and just had to go to the salon, got left under the heat cap too long and when Jolene took it off, Kay's hair came all off with it too. Served her right.
Seriously, you make me laugh and that is such a lovely thing during this difficult time...and my highschool friend, Kay, really did lose her hair that way!

Thank you Judith! You are such a sweetheart. And the name "Jolene" is my absolute favorite...I co-host a radio show on Sirius XM, and one of our regular callers is named Jolene, and I always want to play the song when she calls.
And oh my God, Kay's poor hair! AAAAK!
