This was a 1953 bengali film, "Bhagaban Srikrishna Chaitanya" by, Debaki Bose. Though most of the informations shared here about actors and actresses are correct, but the voice DOES NOT belongs to Pahari Sanyal. The song was by Pannalaal Bhattacharya.

Another information, the blind man offering prayers is another legendary person "Kana Keshto" or K C Dey.
