That's on Rocky Butte, which is right next to I-84. That red and white lights are there all the time, and the blue lights and the flashes are from the people who live in the neighborhood up there.

If you pause it and go frame by frame moving the slider you can see that figure is there the whole time and it does move around. I dont think strobe like lights would be aon a space ship tho. All the same i would have freaked myself out and shit my pants filming it. Thanks for sharing.

If you look at the other videos - thats a progression ofthe shoot. When I stop recording the camera makes a single shot file. THIS IS NOT A HELICOPTER. The flashes are not sync'd to FAA code. The flashes I have no idea what they were. If you look at the links another UFO was spoted down I5 the same day....

im not sure.. I mean everytime stuff like this gets filmed... the camera always shakes.. why did you shake ur camera so much ? second, the flashes in the forrest could be easily done with disco lights. Im not saying ur lying or whatever, im just not very confinced yet. eventho, it's one hell of a UFO vid.

It shook so much becuase it was 200 yards away. Zoom that much with out a trip pod will give you that look if your not good at it watching your kid to on the side of the road.
