  • @thedynamic35 Enjoy UM's wins over MSU without Chris Allen and Korie Lucious. UM managed a 4 way tie (including MSU) for fourth place in the Big 10 in their best season in 12 years. 2010-2011 was MSU's worst in 12 years...UM without Daren Morris will be like Bayside without Zack Morris. Move along, troll.

  • @WolverineDevotee You wanna mention this to your Wolverine brethren? You know, the ones who break out "winningest football program ever" or "look at the all-time head-to-head record" whenever MSU or OSU beats you? No one brags about events that happened before their lifetime like Wolverines. I guess I haven't seen you personally do that here, but surely you're aware of how much your own fanbase does?

And I love how you find a reason to slip in a mention of a hockey win.

  • This wolverinedevotee guy contradicts himself quite a bit

  • @Rodanguirus7878 I was bragging about the 3 game win streak because at the time, because Michigan was riding it. All but one of the players on the 2010-11 team are on the current team, which makes it relevant.

I'm not going to take anyone seriously who brags about games from when Manny Harris was still suited up. Different team, different leadership.

  • @WolverineDevotee I'm confused. You say all that matters is this season and beyond, and you say what matters is what players currently on the team have done. In the former case, why are you bragging about last year's wins? In the latter, what's wrong with bringing up 3 years ago? I do agree, going back much further gets more into trivia territory, though I'd say the era of the current coach has some relevance.

  • @Rodanguirus7878 Look around you. While I was bragging about Michigan's three straight wins on here, the state fans kept bringing up past scores from about two, three, four seasons ago. Michigan is not the only fanbase that has people that do that.

Taking pride in your team's accomplishments is one thing, but making them out to be like they're "hot off the presses" if you will, is another.

  • @TheJimster222 The season is FAR from over and standings are far from set. You still have wisconsin (Many state fans try to tell me that wisconsin is a bigger rival to state than Michigan is, which is a joke) and ohio left.

  • @WolverineDevotee who is in first place in the Big Ten?

  • @TheJimster222 All that matters is what the players who are on the court for both teams NOW have done.

  • Good for you guys. Michigan needed ohio to lose. I thought if anything state would beat them at home. I feel more confident for Saturday now. I didn't see the game because I was at JLA watching Michigan beat state in hockey again, but I guess it was comeback.

  • @WolverineDevotee so you what were you saying about OSU?
