**Nasheed starts at 2:15

A very beautiful nasheed about our parents by Dawud Wharnsby Ali on the album Sunshine, Dust, and the Messenger. The track before the nasheed is included as well which gives reference from the Quran and Hadith of our duty to our parents. The translation of the Quran which the guy gives is different than the text . The text's translation is Yusuf Ali.

  • Beautiful! This song reminds me of my mother. She died in 07. I was NOT the best daughter in the world. She was not muslim, I was, many many arguments about everything and she died of cancer. I (and my whole family) was there when she took her last breath and I was holding her hand just like in the song, but I just wish that I could of been better to her.

  • Some times we don't get a chance to even correct one thing. My younger brother (14 yrs) died and i was not good with him too bcz that time i wasnt a mature person. :( I hope he would forgive me.
