Thats awful You should always 'Tenant Check' prior to accepting anybody as your tenant.

yeah I've had tenants like that...found a way to get back at them...since they are leaving/being evicted...more than likely they are looking for the next landlord 'victim'..so, just do what I did. Gather up every single local newspaper, buy a new one each day, even go to the local internet ads..and you call all the places for rent warning them about your crappy tenants. Give names and descripts...trust me, every-single-landlord out there will thank you. And every single landlord will turn em dwn

I think it look like the landlord is the problem here.

For renting out a fire trap to crackheads.

The place is a slumm, it's odvious the landlord didn't do anything to the apartment

before renting it out.

I still looks like its right out of the 60's, my girlfriend woulnd move in there, even if it was vacumed.

You need to reno that place, and rent it out to a nice faily, at a higher rental price

to get rid of the crack heads.

Yu should just sell it, because your a shitty landlord.

At there age I spent my days working down the mines with a big shovel and was to worn out to knock holes in Walls , Maybe that's what these people need ? Some bloody hard work ?
