6 years of mr2 turbo ownership now and would like to keep racking up the years by driving sensibly, I’ve seen my fair share of young idiots with MR2's flying past me getting up to 88 mph to get back to the future, it crazy, if you own a sports car that doesn't automatically qualify you as a race car driver, get to know you car first in all condition and what it can do but do it on the track not public roads.

Jeez he was lucky to survive that! I used to own a rev4 mr2 and thought they were a great car very grippy but I must agree that when on the limit they are a bit twitchy. lol at someones comment here to keep your foot down when you feel it give :) sure way to go through a hedge backwards. I dont think i have ever even seen a drift driver just plant their foot, even they feather the throttle!

Flat engine cover means NA, I have a turbo and they aren't that difficult to handle. Just gotta be more careful in the wet. At least this guy survived somehow.

Meh, it wasnt a turbo model. I could care less if we lost an Naturally aspirated. Looks like the driver was REALLY beat up. At least he came out alive from that nasty wreck.. Thats what really matters.
