Super true man... this week was hard for me. i was fighting illness. managed to get 4 workouts in. Yet i stuck to the diet and pushed on thru. This week im looking to see great results. going to focus on cutting out a few things. Great video man. 5*
Also, another tip of advice to people. Its pretty obvious, but u need to understand that the lower u weigh the harder it will be to loose weigh. Thats why a lot of the diets u see on TV simply wont work for u like they do for the people on TV. The 200-250 pound person on TV might have lost 50 pounds using the diet in a short amount of time, but a 140-130 pound person trying to loose just 10 pounds will have it 100 times harder trying to reach their goal.
Great and true vid. I (17 year old guy) lost crazy weight over the last year and everything ur saying was used. I didnt use any supplements or protein crap and the results were great nonetheless. Im still planning on loosing 10-15 pounds and gaining some muscle but thats nothing compared to what iv already lost. 5 stars.
