I love this video. I have it in my favorites and I have watched it many times. Can someone explain to me how it was made or by whom? Was it designed to be part of a movie or a TV show? Was the audio part from a book or some writing? Or did you just create it all yourself: the writing, the photography, the animation, the voice? If so it is an amazing achievement. Lots of interesting questions asked, but unfortunately no answers.

"separate conciseness from mind". what is conciseness? it is what comes from enlightenment, and enlightenment comes awareness, which comes when you are awaken, through the power of your mind....and so on and so forth.

So, I get the main thing is to switch off your mind. I don't see how this is different from hogwash on tv, which also asks you to turn off your mind. Please turn it on and do something productive.

the only true meditation is through prayer to the true loving god jesus christ!!! this kind of meditation is dangerous and very mis-leading because you do not know exactly what you are communicating with, basicly you are being decieved and blinded to the truth by demon spirits
