At a guaranteed lower property tax seminar in Tampa, Florida. Hulk Hogan nWo's Jimmiemack's belt. Hogan said he loves the FRO! This is the best autograph you can ever get, and I think this is the first ever done for a fan. Really good time talking with Hogan.
