Media's portrayal of so called " Assault Rifles "

This video was made due to recent calls for legislation on gun control. Do I support gun control? Yes, but firmly enforcing current laws and fixing the current loop holes in the system. It's unfortunate of recent and past tragedies that involve firearms, but that doesn't mean taking away the gun would have stopped them. Do you think Timothy McVeigh caused banning of fertilizer and rental trucks? Nope, there are currently over 200,000,000 guns in circulation in the US, think banning anything will fix problems? In my country, firearms are illegal. We are only allow to own air-soft guns or air guns that cannot penetrate human skin (20j/cm^2). This law is already strict enough, cuz we can only own things that are not even able to shoot birds. However, the medias tries to make people think that airsoft (replica guns, or bb guns) can be converted into firearms, just because they look, and weight the same as firearms.

That's unfortunate. Suppression of the people will eventually lead to revolution, which is what is happening in some countries right now.

yep, there are some things we will either never know or future generations will find out eventually. All we can do is voice our thoughts to our elected officials because there is plenty of voicing in regards to disarming us.

The media!There only job is to make money and they can't do that by using common sense and reporting just the facts. They have to resort to skewing the facts just enough that it inflames the publics emotions in order to get better ratings.Thats what it is all about to them. It doesnt take a brain surgeon or a rocket scientist to see the real issues here. It may take a brain surgeon or rocket .
