@Rocksteddybelmont no really that weird. Birthdays annual celebrations are more of a European tradition. African countries had a history of celebrating the day of birth and certain stages during a childs development.

when Europe was in the position of destitution that Africa is in now. Killing off your enemies was a european thing. so since human nature is constant and only the environments under which different humans live, are variables, when the environment in africa demands brutal force, thats what you get. Amin's son was correct to tell ppl not to judge his father.
