California did not even release any salmon this year, so I see a shortage there.

Seals can't be relocated lol.. their alot smarter than we humans give them credit. Other fisheries bio's relocated and tracked seals along the pacific coast for years.. trying to protect endangered salmon runs yet each time they relocated these creatures they managed with ease to find their way back in just a few short days. I agree with the NOAA Biologist. By feeding and "Playing" with this creature their only endangering themselves and the seal.
