I chanted through this twice and counted 122 whole EL KA LEEM OMs both times. (marks on paper in groups of five) The 123rd rendering is cut short at EL....

Doing Hathor toning is like getting an oil change for your body. El is Earth, Ka is fire, Leem is water and Ohm is space or air.
