it's only wrong when the people being segregated aren't a threat to your existence, as in the case of "South Africa" or herding Native Americans on to Reservations, but we put locks on our doors and fences etc. around our houses, for what, to segregate ourselves from those who might wish to harm us, don't you suppose that if the Mexicans started running across the US/Mexico Border with bombs etc. that the proposed plan for the wall would get a quick push into an actual plan.
