@cyraxthehedgehog They weren't in clubs or mainstream concert halls - they were in warehouses, old factories, abandoned buildings, industrial parks - places where people wouldn't hear the noise easily. The cops wouldn't hear about it, because it was "underground" and people knew about it from word of mouth.
