An innocent woman, Mrs. Walker, is gunned down on her way to work. Mr. Walker, a former Military Intelligence Officer, promises he will kill those responsible for her murder. Resigning from his job, Walker starts on his promise of revenge. Using military tactics, Walker starts on his mission. Creating a hit list, Walker plans his methods of assassination and executes with exreme effectiveness. Starting an underworld war, Walker will do what ever it takes to acheive his goal. Even the state police have very little power to stop the raging war. Walker is an unstoppable ghostly assassin.

It took about 3 days to make this short film. It made the top 15 selection out of 70 entries. Not sure which film won the competition?? Will have to make more Teddy films..
