Just a simple (well not so simple) progression for gaining a bit of muscular endurance in the lower body. This is just one set of these. Sorry for wimping out a bit on the squat jumps. I should have done these before my mountain bike ride!!! But my ride probably would've sucked. Anyway, after doing a set, rest for 90 seconds then do a second set. Work your way up to doing six sets with the 90 seconds rest. After that, start doing the sets with shorter rest periods. After you've gotten to where you can do six sets of these none stop, the next progression is to add a 10-pound weight vest. Have fun!
