do biellman spins have to be on the reverse foot?

No, you can do them on wither foot. To get a level up in a lay back you need to complete 8 revs in layback before moving to Biellman.

Irina Slutskaya did Bielmans on both feet in the same spin!

or go into layback then bend your back sideways then haircutter spin then into the billeman

I can pull it up to my head to a haircutter. But when I try the beillmann my back cracks and feels weird so I can't do it! and pointerss?
