GTA Chinatown Wars DS - Go under the city (No hack, action replay, or any hacking system needed!)

This video is a how to in GTA Chinatown wars, on how to go under the city with no hacks. Cheats ARE needed for getting a boat under the city though. Watch the video for more information.

**CHEATS: Wanted stars +1: L L R Y Y X X R
Wanted stars -1: L L R X X Y Y R L L
Health+Armor (fixes any vehicle or boat if you are inside): R up A down left R A right **
^^^These cheats are not needed to go under the city, only to get a boat under the city.^^^ Wanted stars +1: you need 2 because that's when COAST GUARD LAUNCH start coming after you, at their weakest. At 1 star COAST GUARD LAUNCH takes about 5 minutes to find you, so 2 stars is recommended. Wanted stars -1: you need to get the police off your back before you can cruise around. Health+Armor (fixes any vehicle or boat if you are inside): needed to fix your COAST GUARD LAUNCH boat or you'd be going around with smoke...if you want that. Or blow up. You choose...
There IS a way to get a CRUISER under the city, where you need no cheats, but it does not happen every time you do the glitch which is supposed to lead you to the CRUISER under the city. This glitch will be shown in my next video.
