whats this all about anyway?

@JimmieHiggins The occupiers are responsible for the money that's being wasted to control them. You can't pin it on anyone else.
-
Were they out of real bullets?
-
@hrvatskasad Here's an idea: Set an example and stop buying black hoodies and bandannas, wheat paste, and spray paint. Whaddaya say, kids?
-
@hibread1 Uh huh. Big balls, big budget deficits, big unemployment numbers, big foreclosure rates. The Golden State of Confusion.

@InPursuitOfALife It's time for you to get *medieval* on a spelling book, genius. I'll bet you're joining in the whining about tuition and student loans. You should have taken full advantage of a free education when you had the chance, but that probably got in the way of learning how to throw a Gatorade bottle full of urine at a cop.

@JimmieHiggins In what country is a city even *supposed* to spend taxpayer money to buy you a building? (Hint: Not the USA, dummies.) Oakland was gaining worldwide recognition as a great place to visit. That's what "helps the people." Then you brats started acting up again.
Mayor Quan has at least temporarily borrowed a spine and gave you punks the spanking you deserve. You AREN'T "the people." Mobs have never been "the people" when their cause was not popular, & yours AIN'T.

@sandyssanders No grafitti? Nonsense. KTVU cameras have footage of crews cleaning off spray paint in Frank Ogawa Plaza Sunday afternoon.

Uhhh, bullshit "sandyssanders" I saw people throwing bottles and other objects at the police on other videos. Stop your lying bullshit. You're not fooling anyone and it only hurts the cause.
It might be pretty interesting at the party conventions this year. Some similarities to 1968? Go Occupy.
The money spent on police overtime could have bought a building to house Oakland Occupy. The Major has chosen to spend our money to attack us, not to help the people.

Notice...not one smashed window or graffiti as the cops assault non-violent demonstaters...all we are doing is backing up.
