  • just swinging my leg over never works for me. people that are even a high level whit belt see it coming. this technique has alot of faults in it. 

  • You need to roll onto your side so he cant stand and roll out of the position

  • he forgot to mention you have to control posture and pull his head down while you swing your leg over.

  • I love this technique even if I always get passed this way.

  • It is sort of a complicated move to learn (well I'm new) ... at least the way my teacher showed. He included a bunch of variations and specifics though.

  • I like the Triangle.... its so amazing to watch the transition of some fighter when they're getting punched in the face and then out of no where throw in the triangle and end the fight in a matter of seconds.
