Short description about the correct/incorrect underground installation of PVC conduit and IMC conduit. http://www.sparkyuonline.com For more information see article 300.5 of the National Electrical Code.
I have an outside light that is across a 3' concrete footpath, and I want to run an 16/2 UL extension cord to it from an outside home GFCI plug. I don't want anybody to trip on the cord. Can I tunnel the cord under the concrete? I presume I need to use plastic conduit, at about 18" deep?
Your videos are interesting, thanks.

@exterminador85 I don't think you'd want to as galvanic corrosion would eat it up.

I am soo lucky, so couldn't remember if it was 24'' or 18'' so I figured 24''... And the inspector didn't say anything, now I know why. Thanks.
