I swear to everything, I'm LITERALLY sitting here scratching my head. How in the devil does he know those chords instrinsically like that. And to just change them while she's singing and not get distracted............... This is an exemplary performance and provides proof that one CAN INDEED MASTER THEIR CRAFT!
