all i have to say is thers to many people that should never have animals...ever. u carnt blame the man gasing or shooting them as most dogs over a couple years old will never be rehomed thers also a lot of dogs that are just no good iv had lots and just shoot them as u have tobe crule to be kind.

For me as an european, would be unthinkable to see a dog or a cat as food. I would rather die if I were starving, than eat my dog... BUT, we can not pretend to push other nations to embrace our cultural values. Imagine if those people would try to make us eat what they eat!! Why is a cow, or a horse (that italians eat), less worth than a dog??Why europeans and americans consider it as "ABSOLUTELY NORMAL" to eat these animals, but on the other hand we want to show others what they shouldnt eat??

i think that everybody can save a poor dog,,we must only understand that they are poor victims of brutal human crimes,,,put there are also animal angels like me, i saved 3 cats from the street, and i feel good, i am very brought of myself,,,,,and if i see dogs or cats in difficulty,,,i save them,,,,becouse i love them,,,they are so great,,so human,,,and without help

@MbreteriaIlire For ME, as a Canadian, mbreteriallire, I say we CAN push for a better world through our diets. You mention only living sentient beings as food - have you ever considered that NO animal should be food? Do you know that there is a movement around the world that is growing called veganism? Yes, we can push it, and evolve as a species in the process.
