  • I know a fucking freshman that benches 320 . But he weighs over 245

  • 320 is great. I just hit 50 yrs old and just hit a PR squat 500 lbs and now bench 335 raw. I have not put on a bench shirt in over a year. A great tool out there is the Slingshot. Look it up and check it out. It mimics the shirt but is much easier to put on.

  • @goshendad ...um yes i did actually...i have no reason to lie...i was into powerlifting back them...competed between high schools...gave it up at 22 while in college...i used progressive overload

  • Progressive overload principle does not work as the training does not include maximum velocity training using submaximal weights. The most effective training hands down is the westside method which includes training at 90% and above once a week along with a speed day where you train 50-65% of your max moving the bar at maximum velocity. You did not bench 400 at 18 yrs old unless you weighed 300 +. Move along to someone elses videos ok? Have a nice day.

  • so its kinda like cheating in a way...but just the lower portion...the rest is all you. i did 400 pounds in the 12 grade without bench shirt...ive never used a bench shirt before.

  • You are a fucking idiot. You did not bench 400 in 12th grade and you probably never benched 300.

  • @goshendad How are you so certain? It's not far-fetched by any means. I am by no definition a genetically strong person, and I've done 295 at a fresh 17 yrs old. I weighed 205 at the time.

  • @goshendad good job though

  • I am not an expert in shirts or suits. I use a titan squat suit and have had it for 2 yrs. I use it every time i do max lower (squats OR deadlifts). I love it but probably need to upgrade to a Centurion suit. you can use it for both.

  • I was thinking of buying an inzer rage X any good and is it single ply. Also is the Z suit any good and how much will it add to my squat and is it ok to use this for deadlifting
