the Beatles's Getback rejected album I prefer the official album "let it be" released in may 1970 but it's very cool to hear the original concept of this record
@k0stil Practically all the interstitial comments on both this version and the Let It Be album were edited in from different takes or from different songs entirely.
@k0stil Glyn Johns edited that onto the end of this performance when he compiled the original Get Back album on May 28, 1969. Unlike Let It Be, this is the ONLY rooftop performance that was included on the original record. But then again, the "Get Back" at the end of "Let It Be" wasn't a rooftop performance either. It was a studio take from Jan. 27th (the single version was from the 28th) and Phil Spector edited on the "Thanks Mo!" at the end of that one.
