City of Tomball Texas, Day Labor Site, built by the City?

I visited the day labor facility that Tomball built for their illegal aliens. I understand it was build because they used to meet in front of the police station and they were ashamed of that fact. So they built the site near the rail road tracks out of sight and made an ordinance against their meeting anywhere else. So Tomball, you hustling illegal labor now?

She owns the city. She is the mayor. Her exhusband is on the board. Her Mom is very controling in the city politics. From what I hear, if you butt heads with Fagan, you get no where. Call and complain. Let her and the rest of the city council know.
