2nd Test Flight Century GL450, TX= Spectrum DX7

This flight was annoying, at about 38 seconds into the flight you can hear something had gone wrong. Later found out that the one way bearing was slipping on the main shaft collar as the bolt had slipped out under the drive gear wheel. My fault for not checking everything was Locktite. I later replaced that and took the opportunity to change the standard black main drive gear with a new blue, after-market wheel as it matches the blue bling the heli' comes with. I also changed the tail servo to the Futaba S9256 mini digital servo, it's brilliant and was recommended by a pro' flyer, Ian Contessa (Who is a great guy to ask advise and help from) he has videos on you tube flying the Century properly! The Century GL is a well made, lovely looking helicopter that I would recommend to anyone.

Yikes- well done on bringing it in safely after the fault. I found my black main drive gear to not have any autorotation sleeve, if the motor fails, the cog wont turn- is that the case with yours? (On my protec Zoom 400 Upgraded to brushless, I don't have that issue) . Is that the case with yours?
