My first time playing my pipes in 2 years! The High G was a bit raspy because I had just got a brand new Shepherd reed about 10 minutes prior to this video. This is a better version by far than my very first video. I hope this gets as many views! lol But my pipes after all these years sound so sweet. Thank you all my Subscribers for staying with me for my 4th year of this Channel!

  • @MrLocospud This is low56got7 (youtube won't let me in my account lol). I'd recommend the Scots Guard books Vol. 1-2. Robert Mathieson books, Terry Tully books, Gordon Highlanders books have really nice tunes. Go to TheBritishShop(dot)com and browse. Let them know The Pipes and Drums of St. Andrew sent you and Ian Donaldson may give you a discount if he hears that :)

  • What books do you recommend

  • @XBOX360BLUE Hey! This is low56got7. My pipes here in this video cost me $900 from a friend. If you bought something like them brand new it would be close to $2,000. You can google The British Shop (based in Buffalo New York and Royal Mile, London). They have everything you'd need and great prices. If you get some from there tell them the Pipes And Drums Of St. Andrew sent you and you will prpbably get a discount. Peace!

  • great sound!!!!
