@Kloborgg i agree, the top intels are currently quicker than the top amd but when your paying like $1,500 for a top end intel chip and you can build a new box running amd X6, 16GB of ram and a more than capable GFX card for around $1,000 the difference is obvious. i may be slightly out with intel pricing as last time i looked at intel the core 2 extremes were selling for the bargain price of between $1,600 and $2.500
