William Byrd (1540 - 1623) Fantasia a 6 - For Instrumental Consort in G minor No. 2

Performed by: Rose Consort of Viols.

Album: Byrd: Consort and Keyboard Music; Songs and Anthems. Naxos.

Having spent many a year enjoying the collection of other users, I thought it high time I uploaded some of my own! This is my first attempt at using Windows Movie Maker; now I am slightly more familiar with the process I will upload some more soon!

The photos I found on google so regrettably I'm not sure of the locations; however, I can tell you that the organ is from Kings College Chapel, Cambridge University.

Enjoy!

  • That's Housesteads - Hadrian's wall

  • Lovely video, thank you very much for the upload!

If you want ideas for photos linked to William Byrd, try Lincoln Cathedral. He was organist & choirmaster there. Once again, thanks!
