  • @ 2:31 the guy ask Michael 'Juta'. Means Michael has to take off his shoes. Hahaha..

  • @MrSigma It was a sweet surprise to see the segment of Asoka starring Shahrukh Khan in the title role.

  • Paatliputra once the greatest city in the world is the poorest in India now!!!! Time changes everything!

  • Indeed a great documentary but I read more than that in schools in India. Some of my fellow country men are so surprised by this documentary as if they have heard of this all first time. It shows students in India do not read books for fun and understanding but just to get marks and reach to next level. It always makes me crazy as it was so fun for me to study history about Maurya dynasty, Gupta dynasty before that stone age, bronze age, iron age and all.

  • @holysmoker24 Don't equate everybody as yours. Shame might be on you but on me and many others. Don't blame history books as Indian history books has these details even in school level. I have read all this in history books in school. You might be bunking class or not taking interests in those books then. Other thing the documentary makes it more visual and it is always easy to understand visually than reading through book. That can also be one of the reason for your ignorance.

  • Chandra Gupta and His grandson Ashoka are the great Emparors who made thr now India. They are the gratest Kings in the world history!!
