it said in the games manual that when you save, your temporary items like e tanks and lives. maybe its to replicate the nes. if not then maybe its just a little thing to add to the challenge...

Lol 7 months... anyway, some games saves ur E-Tanks... like Megaman 3, and... 7, the others doesn't, that sucks eh ;(

great game, but for some reason it doesn't save my e-tanks when i load a game all my e-tanks vanish

It never came to europe, sucks huh? I want it too ._. Import with freeloader's an option, but I dunno if I'm gonna go that, I might, but I've already got megaman 1, 2 and 3 on wii's virtual console.

It gives you special tips, (Remixed Music in Ps2/Xbox version). By the way, do you have a Memory card and do you save the game after you beat a boss?
