Wanna work your legs and body position, and have fun with some tools? Here's a fun drill that allows you to vary your flutter kick a few times on each length.

  • Brilliant. Allowing my heels to break the surface a bit allowed me to outrun a slug on the deck. That's a big improvement for me. It also felt like my hip flexors were being stretched a tad, which they need. The high-heels focal point should help me get my flutter on. (I usually use a 2-beat kick.)
