Girl theif in Naser khosro ( Near Bazaar) Tehran

i was with a freind until we saw this woman in her 20s ran past us with a policeman chasing her, she ran in the middle of the busy road and made a scene, the policeman didnt even touch her, she had apperently stolen some goods, she finally jumped on some guys motorcycle and got away.
