Chef Tony shows you how to grill pizza directly on the cooking grids of you gas grill at home. Chef likes to use this method when entertaining for a crowd, up to 50 people. Many of the steps can be done ahead of time and a pizza topping bar can be set up to wow and excite your guests. We hope you enjoy this simple technique for easy entertaining.

  • Cool idea for a party. Thanks!

  • @thedarkesthero If you want to use this method without burning then. Use a higher burning oil like canola oil (olive oil tends to burn on a grill grates so i avoid using it when i grill.) You lose the flavor of olive oil though so i guess it's up to you. For parties this method is extremely convenient w/ a pizza bar like he suggested. I do it for 2 minutes.

Personally, i think his pizza are a bit to burnt for me so i made my own method to work.

  • my only concern would be complaints from guests about "burnt crust" and by burnt i mean the grill marks. probly stick with the stone slab method.

  • i will try this, looked really tasty, thanks, : )
