@thedarkesthero If you want to use this method without burning then. Use a higher burning oil like canola oil (olive oil tends to burn on a grill grates so i avoid using it when i grill.) You lose the flavor of olive oil though so i guess it's up to you. For parties this method is extremely convenient w/ a pizza bar like he suggested. I do it for 2 minutes.
Personally, i think his pizza are a bit to burnt for me so i made my own method to work.

my only concern would be complaints from guests about "burnt crust" and by burnt i mean the grill marks. probly stick with the stone slab method.
