Ciao Luca, ho notato che in tutti i video il volume audio risulta un po' basso, e c'è una sorta di rumore di fondo che, almeno a me, non permette di prendere tutte le utili info che passi. Penso sia dovuto alla distanza tra la tua voce e il microfono del pc o cmq dell'apparecchio che usi per registrare i video. Magari ti è utile per i prossimi video... :-)

Ciao, si, hai ragione, il rumore di fondo proviene dalla mia macchina fotografica, che brilla in fatto di foto, ma non troppo per i video. In futuro cerchero (scusa la mancanza di accenti sto in Portogallo e 'sta tastiera mi manda ai matti) di usare un apparecchio migliore. Saluti da Lisbona! Luca

I find the most useful resources on the internet are newspapers and articles in the target language as well as online radio/TV stations and videos. I find onlline language courses VERY difficult to use as I prefer to have a book and audio materials in front of me. Skype, of course, is a fantastic aid.

Michelle Thomas is excellant for language learning. I used all the methods that you have detailed to learn Spanish and listened to MT. It still took me years but it was worth it. Best wishes, Irene.

I think your videos are full of useful information but the way you make the video , like example your voice is the same tone never going high or low or changing and the quality of the video , makes it difficult to pay attention to what you're saying. Otherwise great video just try to make your chatting more on the ball rather than reading from a paper.

yer the sound quality mixed with the mumbled speaking style and video style is just impossible to stick around for - i commend all of you who can watch these!! the info is useful but i cant do it ive tried a lot!! luca you are cute and inspiring thanks anyway

I've used Pimsleur before. With Pimsleur it helps by teaching you how to say phrases by just listening to pronunciation and using memory tricks. It is helpful for beginners and as a starting point. However, It does not teach how to read or write in the language(all audio). It also does not explain grammar. Yes, you can learn to speak the language quickly, but you'll learn only very basic sentences. It is also very expensive.

sei troppo lontano e faccio molta fatica a sentire, in spite of i speak a quite good english and i can undestand it very well, but it's very hard to hear it....

As far as I know, they don't publish it in the US; anyway their courses are for Italian speaking people and are sold in weekly installments through newsstands. I don't know if there is something similar in the US, sorry.
