@phallusbravo "Fast beat the feet, fast fall the hands" is a paraphrase of the line also in Chapter 5 "faster beat the feet, faster, faster fell the rhythmic hands". "Freedom from fear" I believe is an allusion to FDR's Four Freedoms. You are correct though not all of the lyrics come from Brave New World.

@777Kwyjibo OK, some lyrics were arguably inspired by Brave New World, but it's not as if the lyrics to "Let Your Body Learn" appear (just two lines) in the book. Further, "Let Your Body Learn" is WAY too abstract to attach to Brave new world. "Fast beat the feet, fast fall the hands" is where in BNW? "Freedom from fear, giving release, freedom from fear, giving release, giving a heart." Where is that? "Let your body learn, let your body build?" It's a far reach, to anyone who has read the novel

Brave New World Chapter 5 "switching on the synthetic music, let loose the soft indefatigable beating of drums and a choir of instruments–near-wind and super-string–that plangently repeated and repeated the brief and unescapably haunting melody of the first Solidarity Hymn"
"Melt in the music of the drums"
"Boys at One with girls at peace"
