I have a 1 series(10/2010), w/Professional Radio. This would be a PERFECT solution to what I need, so my question is:
Is it compatible with my car/radio and if it is, does it need to be coded/recoded? Cheers! :)

I have a 1series (2009 E87) with a professional radio like the one in the video, but the stock radio was the business.. So now i don't have the AUX option, but i have USB option, but don't have a USB socket in the car. Do GROM has a similar system like this for 1Series? And if it has, would i have to program the radio/car ECU for USB/AUX to work?

Don't you need a code to use the radio when your re-install it?

If you do not disconnect from the battery there is no need for the code. but it is always good to have it.

I have a BMW e90 2011 non-idrive and I don't have a CDC installed, so there's no such thing like CDC on my car radio's menu??
I ordered one of this product. I sent an email about the compatibility with my car but your company did not reply yet.
I guess the CDC option will be enabled once I install the gromaudio module into my car, right? Or do I need to do something special to activate / enable the CDC option? I hope not...
Could you please inform me about this issue?
Thank you

@thethief123456789 Hello. Your stereo is not compatible yet. I believe that the sales stuff took care of your order already. The CDC option will be enabled as soon as the adapter is installed.

where is USB poort with USB?in the glove compartment?

@shlrdl You can route the cables to the glove box or close to the stereo outside. It is good to have the actual box accessible as it will make it easier to update the firmware.
