I listen to this song for hours and hours each day. I have to keep myself from crying most of the time or if i get really bad i have to muffle the sound of my voice with my pillow and lock my door. I've watched the movie twice and want to watch it more. Each line of that story has a meaning one that most people can't understand, but it saved me. i didn't watch the movie cuz of the main characters being cute or anything like that. I can't wait to have that book in my hands. Helps clear the head.

I read the book a few months back and where it wasn't so much of a shock or fucked up, like the movie, it did leave me with this empty feeling.

Both are really good pieces.

@mscubana hurm yeah, i felt really unsettled for a few hours afterwards because of how perfectly it was portrayed and it most certainly didn't fail. The film was perfect but for the subject (for me anyway) saying the film is good doesn't quite fit the subject of a film on molestation.

@kaydollll It's a hard-hitting subject, you're supposed to be left unsettled, and if it didn't do that to you, then the film failed. It explored the grittiness of child molestation and it's long term effects, and I think it gave a good portayal of what kids like Neil and Brian go through. There are kids like Neil and Brian all over the world who are going through this.
