Thanks for the video! I grow king oyster's too. I think something got lost in translation where they go to the lab and they are talking about "Bacillus". They are clearly talking about liquid cultures vs. sawdust spawn, but I don't know how 'Bacillus' fits in?? Pretty nice operation they have going there though, king is more difficult to grow than most other species I've grown.

Sucks it's so industrial. People can and did grow mmushroom with little petroleum usage and machines. She doesn't work she designs.
