The Mads performed in Peru from 1966 thru December 1969. Although, they covered many different artists songs they did so with their own interpretations creating their unique sound.

The Mads were best known for their live performances at Tiffany's - Galaxy, Lima Cricket, and similar venues, as well as private parties with a large following of fans and friends who enjoyed the music written by The Mads.

Manolo, while living in England, continues still today with his first love performing and composing his own music.

Bill is currently residing in the USA. Although a business professional, he continues to perform in his spare time.

Alex, A business professional is also currently living in the USA. He still enjoys composing music and playing his guitar.

Richard(Bimbo)is still a performing musician in Peru.

tengo que preguntar argo, que paso con el lp? tenian un contrato que decia que tenian que editarlo... que paso con esas cintas?

ojala algun dia se edite ese lp... seria uno de los documentos mas sagrados del rock mundial, y que una banda latina halla estado a punto de tocar en la isla de wight... es impensable!

Ojalá y hubiera más material, difusión y historia acerca de esta grandísima banda. Simplemente son apoteósicos, insólitos, únicos, psiconáuticos, lastima que aun este tipo de material y calidad musical sea guardado cuando en cambio, deberia ser premiado.

vuelvo a repetir que son una leyenda y aumentaron el misterio cuando salieron del Perú en pleno apogeo delrock peruano.
