you can just do it with your hand... i take mine out with my fingers painlessly all the time.

@wolfman648 dude I can't get mine out.. I paid 45$ for a new piercing and she put in a barbel thats so short I can't get it out -.-;

@muffinplz dont do it the way he did... just take a pair of needle nose plyers and put it between the ring and ur lip and open the plyers to spread the hoop it is not hard i did it 2 days after i got mine done because i needed to put n retainers it worked fine good luck
