it reallyl pisses me off that wow has more players. its only because of the advertising. if Aion had as much advertising as wow Aion would be twice as popular than wow is right now.

Problem with China is the massive amounts of censorship they have over nearly everything. So the open market for MMOs out there will have a great deal of trouble breaking in. WoW. for the time being, is strong and not really in trouble of losing its spot at 1st place. For good or ill.
A game looking pretty means very little to me. Over all game play, level of grinding, leveling time, balance of PvE/PvP. PvE/PvP being mixed together or placed apart. Server side lag. Level of server population.

Wow is to easy. Takes no skill to get anything done. Wow is also down to 5.5 million subscribers while Aion is sitting at 4.5 million and it hasn't even launched NA/Euro.
